Book Genre: Self Help
A Blueprint For Identity I There's only one YOU! I read this book as I was searching for me; Who am I? Do I have a purpose?
Questions many of us struggle with, especially when we get knocked off of life's pedestal. The book gets very technical and there are a lot of phrases one has to research; however I found this to be beneficial as it solidified the point the Author was getting across.
It's a book where the complexities of theology, psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics and philosophy are deconstructed to where they were easily digestible, so that an every day person can journey down a path of self discovery. To me, science and Christianity have been at odds; with scholars attempting to use one to disprove the other. Dr Caroline Leafs approach, as well as a variety of research done by other scientists, now prove that the two actually support each other.
As self- help books go, and I have read a pile, I found myself absorbed by this one as it was practical, proactive and required deep self reflection. I was challenged to analyse my toxic thinking process and the negative reactions that it sparked. It made me realise my distorted view, made up of my previous choices, could be changed and that I could change my mind and heal my brain.
The book is supported by a DVD, Work Book, Podcasts and YouTube videos.

Will be completing it soon for sure.
